CO2 injection is vital for the well being of your aquarium plants. Almost half
of the dry matter of any plant is made of carbon. The majority of aquarium plants
can only take this carbon up in the form of carbon dioxide. In nature the CO2
is supplied by CO2 rich underground springs or by fermentation processes. In
an artificial environment, we must replicate these natural conditions by injecting
CO2 gas consistently so plants can thrive and flourish. This set is designed
to accomplish exactly that!
Included is everything you need to connect to a standard CO2 bottle
(not included) and fully automate CO2 injection for up to a 500 gallon aquarium.

Advanced Components
Milwaukee Instruments SMS 122 Smart Monitoring System pH Controllers are designed
for use with aquariums. With Milwaukee's Smart Controllers you can monitor and
control pH levels directly in your aquarium. Milwaukee's controllers work with
a 12 VDC adapter and the unit can be mounted near your aquarium for easy access.
The meters have a user selectable set point and a visual LED alarm that is active
when the reading is higher (for pH) than the set point. The controller will
automate the use of a pressurized CO2 system on a Freshwater Planted Aquarium.
With the Milwaukee Smart Controller your aquarium will have the individual attention
that it needs. Includes submersible pH probe. 2 years manufacturers warranty
from Milwaukee Instruments. Includes pH probe, calibration screwdriver, 12 VDC
adapter, and grounded control plug.
CO2 Regulator and Solenoid Valve from Milwaukee Includes flow regulator,
needle valve, electronic solenoid & bubble counter. Unit comes with dual
gauges each with dual reading of both psi & kg/cm. Left gauge meters tank
capacity and right gauge meters flow. Needle valve flow control provides for
precise measurement. The solenoid valve comes with a 1.5 meter power cord.
Use with standard CO2 bottles with a CGA 320 valve from 2.5 to 20lbs. 6 month

Aqua Medic CO2 Reactor 1000 is a hermetically sealed unit for introducing
CO2 into larger aquariums. This unit uses forced injection of CO2 by mixing
it with the water and through a series of diffusing balls. This is the most
efficient method for introducing CO2 into the aquarium with virtually no waste.
This unit also has a CO2 check valve and vent valve. Its robust mounting plate
enables it to be mounted outside the aquarium or inside the cabinet. This
unit can be set up for use with a canister filter, return pipe / tube from
a sump or with a dedicated powerhead. This powerful unit can supply aquaria
up to 500 gallons with CO2. 1/2" input and output. 250 gph flow rate.

The new v2.0 Deluxe CO2 kit now includes a pH and dKH test kit. These kits
allow you to verify these important parameters as well as CO2 concentration.
We have also included 10' of Silicon Airline Tubing and a Check Valve. This
is a highly flexible CO2 resistant tubing and is perfect for connecting the
Regulator to the CO2 Diffuser. The check valve helps protect the regulator
from back flow through the reactor.
