Easy Aquarium Shopping
We want to make shopping for your aquarium hobby supplies as easy as possible.
We have a few terms and conditions you should know about that will allow you
to shop with confidence.
Payment
For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express
through our SSL secure online store. We also accept PayPal payments through
our SSL secure online store. You may also call us to place an order at 678-261-8799.
You may also print your order and mail it with a Money Order or Cashiers Check
(no personal checks please). Please make Money Orders or Cashiers Checks payable
to Aqua Buys and send (with printed order form) to the address below:

Fees
Additional shipping fees may apply to overweight items such as salt mixes, substrates,
¼ HP and larger chillers, and to oversize items longer than 36"
(bulbs and lighting fixtures). These fees will be specified on each applicable
item or at checkout. Georgia residents please include 6% sales tax.
Shipping
We usually ship all items within 24 hours on the next immediate business day
after receiving your order. We ship to domestic United States, Hawaii and Alaska
via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Your actual shipping will be calculated at checkout
based on the shipping address you provide. Insurance is optional for items over
$100.00. Aqua Buys is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
Please provide a physical address for shipping. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Our Partners
We have our main Aqua Buys office located in Georgia with associates in New
York, Arizona and California. Our associates occasionally help us in fulfilling
your orders through drop shipping special products including quantity items
and large items such as chillers. We value our customers and have enlisted these
associates in order to offer you a great selection, great pricing and Easy Aquarium
Shopping.
Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we can accept returns under
the following conditions.
- Must be within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Item must be returned to us in original, new condition with all boxes,
inserts, instruction manuals and packaging.
- Please submit the RMA form or call us for an RMA # prior to sending your
items. Include your order number and contact information including your phone
number.
- Items returned in un-sellable condition are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Please use sufficient packing material for return shipping.
- Buyer is responsible for costs of return shipping, tracking and insurance
on return shipping. Aqua Buys is not responsible for damage or loss during
shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. We may issue a store credit for shipping
charges at our discretion.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned items via
the same method used for your payment.
If you refuse a delivery we will subtract the shipping and return charges
from your refund.
If you have a problem after 30 days please contact the manufacturer for warranty
service. Please contact us if you have a problem and we will send you the manufacturers
contact information.
Warranty Service
All of the items we sell are brand new and most all carry a manufacturer’s
limited warranty. Some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer
if they experience a problem. In this case we will send you the manufacturers
contact information for direct warranty service.
Damaged Items
Our sincere apologies if you receive a damaged product. We have an easy procedure
for replacement of products damaged during shipment:
- Contact
us immediately if you receive a damaged product.
- Please keep all original shipping cartons, labels and repack your product
in the box. It is important that you include all packing / cushioning materials.
Please add extra packing materials if multiple items were shipped with your
order and you are not returning part of the shipment.
- We will contact the shipper and file a damage claim for you.
- The shipper will pick up the package for inspection.
- Once we receive the damaged item or UPS confirmation of pickup we will ship a replacement via the same method as the original package.
This process normally takes 3-5 business days. We will work quickly to get
your replacement.
Backorders
We keep a good level of inventory of most all of the items we sell. We update
the stock status here on aquabuys.com in order to keep you informed. In the
event that you place an order for an out of stock item we will notify you on
the next business day. You may decide to keep the order in place until we can
ship the item and we will give you an estimated delivery time. You may also
decide to cancel your order and use our wait list feature to be informed of
backordered and new product arrivals.
