VHO
VHO (T-12) or very high output is the classic lighting for many aquarium enthusiasts. Providing more lumens than NO (Normal Output) fluorescents and less heat that metal halide, VHO is a great mid range option for aquarium lighting. VHO actinic is often used in conjunction with Metal Halide lighting as the preference for reef aquariums.
