CO2 injection is vital for the well being of your aquarium plants. Almost half of the dry matter of any plant is made of carbon. The majority of aquarium plants can only take this carbon up in the form of carbon dioxide. In nature the CO2 is supplied by CO2 rich underground springs or by fermentation processes. In an artificial environment, we must replicate these natural conditions by injecting CO2 gas consistently so plants can thrive and flourish. This set is designed to accomplish exactly that!

Included is everything you need to connect to a standard CO2 bottle with a CGA320 valve (co2 bottle not included) and fully automate CO2 injection for up to a 500 gallon aquarium.

The new Deluxe CO2 kit v2.5 now includes the new CO2 reactor/diffuser from Sera. Choose the one that matches your tank size:

Choose the Reactor 500 for plant aquariums up to 150 gallons.

Choose the Reactor 1000 for aquariums larger than 150 gallons or heavily planted tanks.

Milwaukee Instruments SMS 122 Smart Monitoring System pH Controllers are designed for use with aquariums. With Milwaukee's Smart Controllers you can monitor and control pH levels directly in your aquarium. Milwaukee's controllers work with a 12 VDC adapter and the unit can be mounted near your aquarium for easy access. The meters have a user selectable set point and a visual LED alarm that is active when the reading is higher (for pH) than the set point. The controller will automate the use of a pressurized CO2 system on a Freshwater Planted Aquarium. With the Milwaukee Smart Controller your aquarium will have the individual attention that it needs. Includes submersible pH probe. Includes pH probe, calibration screwdriver, 12 VDC adapter, and grounded control plug.

CO2 Regulator and Solenoid Valve from Milwaukee Includes flow regulator, needle valve, electronic solenoid & bubble counter. Unit comes with dual gauges each with dual reading of both psi & kg/cm. Left gauge meters tank capacity and right gauge meters flow. Needle valve flow control provides for precise measurement. The solenoid valve comes with a 1.5 meter power cord. Use with standard CO2 bottles with a CGA 320 valve from 2.5 to 20lbs.

The new sera flore CO2 active reactors with twin rotor supersede the generation of static CO2 generators. The rotors, the upper one of which is designed as a lamella rotor, ensure strong blending of CO2 with the aquarium water, allowing to dissolve several hundred CO2 bubbles per minute.

We have also included 10' of Silicon Airline Tubing and a Check Valve. This is a highly flexible CO2 resistant tubing and is perfect for connecting the Regulator to the CO2 Diffuser. The check valve helps protect the regulator from back flow through the reactor.
