Email is the best way to contact us. Please use the email form below for questions prior to ordering or if you are interested in a product that you cannot find on our site. We also offer email support for customers. Please email us if you have an installation or setup question about your aquarium equipment. If you need to return a product you ordered from us please choose RMA in the To field, include a brief description of your problem and we will contact you with your RMA # by the next business day. Orders for custom aquariums, specialized lighting and all our web items can be placed by phone. Call us at 678-261-8799. Phone order hours are M-F 9am to 4pm EST. Please note that most of our orders ship from our AZ warehouse.
